Elizabeth is highly skilled in space planning, code research, and functional design. She creates detailed, scaled CAD drawing sets that translate ideas into realistic, buildable plans. These drawings may be developed for homeowners, contractors, builders, other design professionals, or permit review, depending on the needs of the project.

Elway & Co can provide interior architectural design, concept development, permit-ready drawing sets, SketchUp 3D models, Enscape renderings, and drafting support. Furnishings, finish selections, and product sourcing are also available when they are part of a larger project.

The firm has also completed custom exterior projects, including covered porches, decks, pergolas, and shed-roof additions.
